1Acceptance of Terms
- By using our website or availing any diagnostic service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
- These terms apply to all patients, visitors, and users of Pavni Pathology & Biopsy Centre Pvt Ltd.
- We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2Services Provided
- Pavni Pathology & Biopsy Centre Pvt Ltd provides clinical laboratory and diagnostic services including pathology, biochemistry, haematology, microbiology, radiology, and molecular diagnostics.
- All diagnostic services are performed at our NABL Accredited and ISO 15189:2022 certified laboratory in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
- Home sample collection services are available within designated areas of Kanpur. Availability is subject to change without prior notice.
- We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue any service at our discretion, including in cases of incomplete information or non-compliance with our protocols.
3Accuracy of Information
- Patients are responsible for providing accurate personal and medical information at the time of registration and sample collection.
- Diagnostic reports are generated based on the samples provided. The accuracy of results depends on the quality and integrity of the sample submitted.
- Our laboratory follows stringent quality control measures as per NABL and ISO 15189:2022 standards to ensure reliable results.
- Reports are intended for use by qualified healthcare professionals. Patients are advised to consult their physician for interpretation of results.
4Report Delivery & Turnaround Time
- Standard reports are delivered within 24–48 hours of sample collection, unless otherwise specified for specialised tests.
- Reports are made available via the mode agreed upon at the time of registration (digital, physical, or both).
- Urgent or STAT reports may be available earlier upon specific request and subject to test type.
- We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to technical failures, courier delays, or force majeure events.
5Payments & Refunds
- Payment for services is due at the time of registration or sample collection, unless a prior credit arrangement has been established.
- We accept cash, UPI, and other digital payment modes as displayed at our centre.
- Refunds will be considered only in cases where a test could not be performed due to an error on our part or insufficient sample volume attributable to our collection process.
- No refund will be issued once a test has been successfully performed and a report has been generated.
- Any refund request must be raised within 7 days of the date of service.
6Limitation of Liability
- Pavni Pathology & Biopsy Centre Pvt Ltd shall not be held liable for any clinical decisions made by patients or healthcare providers based on our diagnostic reports.
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the specific test(s) in question in the event of a proven laboratory error.
- We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
- We do not guarantee that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
7Confidentiality of Reports
- Diagnostic reports are strictly confidential and will be released only to the patient, their authorised representative, or the referring physician.
- Reports will not be shared with any third party without the explicit written consent of the patient, except as required by law.
- Patients are responsible for the secure handling of their reports once delivered.
8Intellectual Property
- All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Pavni Pathology & Biopsy Centre Pvt Ltd and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without prior written permission.
